The Greater Minneapolis Council of Churches is pleased to announce the availability of sub-award funding through its Compassion Capital Fund project to faith-based and community based organizations in the Red Wing area. Capacity building awards up to $5,000 will help these organizations strengthen their ability to offer effective, efficient, and accountable programs that meet critical community needs.
