Class description:This session will be an opportunity
to create an annual fund development plan. Participants will leave having
thought through the annual calendar for fundraising activities and donor & constituent
communication. This is a working session with an outcome of having created
the framework for a fund development work plan for both board and staff. Since
this is a working session, be prepared to bring your fundraising calendar,
current fund development plan and schedule of fundraising events
to the training session. Attendance with your Board Chair and Fundraising
or Fund Development Committee chair would be highly beneficial.
Managing Conflict at Work
