In 2009 and 2010 recipients of the Compassion Capital Fund Award met monthly in cohort groups to discuss topics related to nonprofit capacity building, leadership and board governance.
Cohort participants find these small groups conducive to sharing concerns and challenges of nonprofit leadership. The cohorts have become a conduit for executive directors and community leaders to build a trusted network of peers in the community.
In 2011, the Cohorts are open to any staff, board members, and/or volunteers of area nonprofits, community or civic groups.
